                one-ribbed

                  dark-edged

                            storms.

across a Silurian otion

gourds drenchd

in salt   primordial thurst

when    sh tremors 

criesout    to the gods

when sh    clenches down on

yew without warning

without oxygin   the lake

streaming from  the pitz

of    hr eyes
